簽證翻譯件需要蓋章嗎？

問：是否需要翻譯翻譯專用章？ 答：不是必須但最好蓋。
具體說明：根據UKVI官網對翻譯件的要求以及本人自己的遞簽經驗，翻譯專用章不是必須，但必須有翻譯聲明、翻譯資質、聯系方式、翻譯日期、親筆簽名。
問：文件公章只有漢字，是否需要做翻譯件？
答：建議做。具體說明：如果公章上只有漢字的話，建議準備翻譯件。
以T4學生簽證為例，需要準備翻譯件的文件主要有：畢業證、學位證、存款證明，如果未滿18周歲，可能還需要準備戶口簿、出生證等證件的翻譯件；
如果是旅游簽證，可能還會涉及在職證明等資料的翻譯件。許多高校本身有提供翻譯證明服務，
但由于以下三個原因，學校關于畢業證、學位證、在校證明等文書翻譯有可能不被簽證中心認可：
1.學校公章一般都是中文，沒有對應的英文
2.學校文書翻譯證明所采用的模板很少按照與原件對應的格式
3.學校文書翻譯證明中，往往沒有翻譯聲明、翻譯資質，
而這是UKVI官網中明確指出需要的因此，畢業證、學位證等的翻譯件，建議就用原件來做翻譯件，不要用學校文書服務處給的翻譯證明。同樣的，銀行出具的存款證明，也有可能因為公章只有漢字而不被認可，也需要翻譯件。有一個例外是，中國銀行的公章是中英文嚴格對應的，所以中國銀行出具的存款證明不需要翻譯件。
UKVI關于翻譯件的要求及解讀：
If you are in the UK, where a document is not in English or Welsh, the original must be accompanied by a fully certified translation by a professional translator/translation company（必須是有專業資質的翻譯者或翻譯公司）.
This translation must include: · details of the translator/translation company’s credentials（翻譯件中必須有翻譯者或翻譯公司的相關資質證明，例如TEM8的證書編號）;
and · confirmation that it is an accurate translation of the original document（翻譯件中必須有這句聲明）;
and the translator/translation company’s contact details（翻譯件中必須有翻譯者或翻譯公司的聯系方式）.
It must also be dated and include the original signature（翻譯件中必須有日期及親筆簽名） of the translator or an authorised official of the translation company.
綜上所述，一份合格的翻譯件應當包括：
1.與原件嚴格對應的、準確的英文翻譯（原件中簽字或蓋章的部分也要翻譯出來，并標注signed / sealed）
2.翻譯聲明（例：I confirm that it is an accurate translation of the original document.）
3.翻譯資質（例：Qualification: Test for English Majors - TEM8 ,Certificate No.: xxxxxxxx）
4.翻譯者或翻譯公司聯系方式
5.翻譯日期
6.親筆簽名
如果你的簽證資料出現以下情況，請準備翻譯件：1.原件與翻譯證明格式相差過大2.英文翻譯不準確3.翻譯證明中缺少翻譯聲明、翻譯資質、翻譯者聯系方式、翻譯日期及簽名如果你的簽證資料符合以下情況，不用準備翻譯件：1.原件本身就是全英文文件2.原件中所有中文都有與之嚴格對應的英文翻譯（包括蓋章部分也有中英文對照翻譯）祝簽證順利！
